Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, seeks a Personal Lines Accounts Executive for the Sandyford office to deliver exceptional service and manage motor, household and van policies. You will liaise with insurers and guide customers across 15 product lines, ensuring compliance and accurate payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Campion customers.
• Handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies.
• Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.
• Offer expert guidance to customers across 15 product lines.
• Processing Insurance policies adhering to compliance standards and GDPR.
• Processing customer payments.
• Taking high level of customer calls mainly inbound, outbound occasionally
• Achieve weekly, monthly targets and satisfy KPI's.
