Campion Insurance in Portlaoise is seeking a Personal Lines New Business Administrator to support the back office for car, home and van insurance. The role involves handling customer queries and ensuring high-quality data input. Cross-sales referrals for Life & Pensions and Health are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years insurance experience in a brokerage would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously perform at a high level.
• Proven professional standard in customer service and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Back office administrative support to the New Business Team for car, home & van insurance.
• Dealing with customer queries and delivering excellent Customer Service.
• Ensuring all data input to the highest quality standard.
• Making files fully compliant in line with CPC guidelines.
