Job summary

TerraGlen Residential Care Services is seeking a Social Care Manager - Respite Services to lead day-to-day operations at a designated centre in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. You will ensure HIQA compliance, mentor staff, and promote inclusion and personal choice for all service users.

Your Role And Responsabilities

What You’ll Need

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent recognised by CORU,
• or Level 7 plus Management qualification (min. 30 ECTS, Level 6 or higher) in line with HIQA Regulation 14(7).
• Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in a health or social care setting.
• Strong understanding of HIQA, Children First Act 2015, Disability Act 2005, and GDPR.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Vetting Requirement

• Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through the National Vetting Bureau
