Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking a Person in Charge/Clinical Nurse Manager for a residential service supporting children with Intellectual Disabilities, autism, and related needs. Location: Swords, North Dublin.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of €58,000–€63,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will hold the required degree, be NMBI-registered if a nurse, and have leadership experience in health and social care, plus HIQA familiarity and a post‑registration management

Qualifications

• Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care/Nursing or equivalent.
• If you are a nurse, you must be fully registered with NMBI.
• A post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
• Not less than 3 years’ experience in a management capacity in the health and Social Care area.
• Experience of HIQA requirements or interactions.
• Experience in care environments for adults and children with ID/Autism.
• CORU is not an essential requirement.

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge/Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of a residential service that supports children with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/orChallenging Behaviour and/orPhysical / Sensory Disability, under the age of 18 years. Location: Swords, North Dublin

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Salary range: €58000 to €63000 per annum

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care/Nursing or equivalent/similar
• If you are a nurse, you must be fully registered with NMBI
• A post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
• Not less than 3 years’ experience in a management capacity in the health and Social Care area and
• Level of knowledge and experience of dealing with HIQA and
• Experience of working in a care environment for adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism.
• CORU is not an essential requirement
