TTM Healthcare Limited are recruiting a Person in Charge/Clinical Nurse Manager for a residential service in Middleton, Cork. You will lead care for children with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism and related needs, reporting to the Operations Manager.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree, be registered with NMBI if a nurse, and bring at least 3 years of management experience in health or social care.

Formación

• Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care/Nursing or equivalent.
• If a nurse, must be fully registered with NMBI.
• Post-registration management qualification in health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in health and social care.
• Experience with HIQA expectations and regulations.
• Experience working with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism.

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge/Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of a residential service that supports children with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/orChallenging Behaviour and/orPhysical / Sensory Disability, under the age of 18 years.

Salary range

€58000 to €63000 per annum

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care/Nursing or equivalent/similar
• If you are a nurse, you must be fully registered with NMBI
• A post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
• Not less than 3 years’ experience in a management capacity in the health and Social Care area and
• Level of knowledge and experience of dealing with HIQA and
• Experience of working in a care environment for adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism.
• CORU is not an essential requirement
