Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is hiring a People Services Advisor (8 months FTC) to support People & Culture colleagues across the organisation. You’ll be the frontline for P&C queries, help with onboarding and ensure a smooth employee experience while keeping data compliant.

You’ll collaborate with P&C, GBS, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent service, maintain records, and drive improvements in processes and systems for a thriving workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational HR role or shared service.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Ability to resolve issues and process transactions accurately.
• Experience with HR systems and high-volume P&C queries.
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries.
• Manage onboarding activities, including offer processing and coordination.
• Process HR transactions in line with policies and SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across P&C, GBS, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Do as a People Services Advisor

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets and departments. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

• Serve as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries, providing expert support and guidance to colleagues and managers.
• Manage onboarding activities, including offer processing, onboarding coordination, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Process HR transactions accurately and in line with policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across P&C, GBS, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance while managing employee records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, maintaining knowledge resources, and helping implement new systems and workflows.
