Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to support HR operations at Croke Park, Dublin. This full-time role involves coordinating recruitment, workforce fulfilment, payroll and compliance to deliver excellent colleague and customer experiences.

You will work with department heads, HRSS, and L&D to ensure accurate records, timely processes and GDPR compliance while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, Operations, Recruitment, Workforce Fulfilment and/or Payroll.
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments with large casual or seasonal workforces.
• Proficiency with workforce management, recruitment, HR and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, workforce fulfilment and payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment laws.
• Provide guidance on scheduling, recruitment and compliance to managers.
• Analyse data and generate workforce reports to inform decisions.
