Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Dublin seeks a People & Culture Administrator for a 12-month FTC. You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage HR admin processes, and support performance and lifecycle activities while ensuring payroll data accuracy and strong stakeholder relations.

The role requires experience in P&C/HR admin, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A P&C qualification is desirable and Workday knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar P&C/HR administration role, with knowledge of Workday or other P&C systems being an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while using initiative and managing priorities independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a P&C qualification would be desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, including induction planning, new starter inductions, employment documentation, and exit interviews to ensure a seamless colleague experience.
  • Manage core People Administration processes, including colleague movements, organisational charts, absence management, service ticket resolution, people records, and employee queries.
  • Support performance and people lifecycle activities by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with end-of-year performance cycle preparation.
  • Oversee payroll and finance administration, including payroll reviews, purchase order processing, invoice tracking, and payroll data validation.
  • Enhance colleague experience by supporting recognition initiatives, People & Culture projects, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Produce accurate people data and reports while maintaining confidentiality, driving process improvements, and supporting the delivery of the People & Culture strategy.
