Job summary

Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency is seeking a Life and Pensions Administrator in Ireland to support a portfolio of corporate pension and risk schemes and provide high-quality administrative assistance to the management team.

You will prepare client meeting documentation, liaise with life companies, and communicate progress to clients while contributing to business development and ensuring Central Bank compliance for new business cases.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a brokerage environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and follow queries through to resolution.
• Willingness to develop technical knowledge and undertake further study.
• Motivated to progress within the organisation.
• Experience within a regulated financial planning business is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage a portfolio of corporate pension and risk schemes.
• Provide high-quality administrative support to management across life and pension products.
• Prepare client meeting documentation for Consultants, Line Manager and Director.
• Attend client meetings in a support capacity and assist senior stakeholders.
• Process new business applications across Pensions, Investments and Life Assurance with life companies.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, updating them on progress.
• Contribute to ad-hoc business development projects as required.
• Fulfil compliance obligations on new business cases per Central Bank requirements.
