Engage People Recruitment in Sligo is seeking a dedicated Financial Services administrator to support Financial Planning Advisors, processing Life, Pension and Investment-related tasks, and maintain client records.

Qualifications

• Exposure to administration within Life & Pension or a Financial Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors with administration of Life, Pension and Investment products.
• Manage new business applications and maintain accurate client and policy records.
• Liaise with product providers to progress applications, resolve queries and manage policies.
• Prepare client documentation, reports and information for financial reviews.
• Monitor new business pipelines and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Respond to client queries and support the team with day-to-day administration.
• Ensure records meet internal compliance and regulatory standards.
• Work with senior colleagues to improve processes and develop technical knowledge.

The Role

Working as part of an established Financial Advisory team in Sligo, you will play an important role in supporting Financial Planning Advisors and ensuring clients receive an efficient, professional service.

• Supporting Financial Advisors with the administration of Life, Pension and Investment products.
• Managing new business applications and maintaining accurate client and policy records.
• Liaising with product providers to progress applications, resolve queries and manage existing policies.
• Preparing client documentation, reports and information for financial reviews.
• Monitoring new business pipelines and following up on outstanding requirements.
• Responding to client queries and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative requirements.
• Ensuring documentation and client records meet internal compliance and regulatory standards.
• Working closely with senior colleagues to improve processes and develop your technical knowledge.

• Ideally, you have some past exposure to administration within Life & Pensions or a similar Financial Services environment.
• You're organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
• You're ambitious about developing a career in Financial Services and keen to work towards relevant industry qualifications, with support from your employer.
