Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Life and Pensions Administrator for a well-established financial services client based in Ballsbridge, Dublin. The role focuses on administering pensions, investments and life assurance, maintaining accurate client records and delivering excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in administration, experience in pensions or life products, strong attention to detail and solid IT/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in administration.
• Experience in pensions, investments and/or life assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively.
• Good IT and MS Office skills.
• Experience using provider platforms such as Irish Life, Zurich or Aviva.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish financial services market and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Prepare client reports relating to pensions, investments, insurance and life assurance.
• Liaise with Financial Advisors, clients and life companies to progress business efficiently.
• Handle client queries by phone and email and provide updates on applications.
• Assist with new business applications, policy changes, follow-ups and client reviews.
• Provide general administrative support to the advisory and client support teams.
• Ensure all administration is completed in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
