Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading global financial services client for a Fund Accountant Supervisor based in central Dublin, in a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

The role supports the PE fund accounting team, supervising NAV delivery and mentoring staff. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fund accounting, with PE, hedge fund, or mutual fund backgrounds considered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience, PE preferred.
• Background in hedge funds or mutual funds welcomed.
• Senior Analyst level with mentoring experience is desirable.

Job description

My client, a leading global financial services company is recruiting a Fund Accountant Supervisor for their growing PE department. The role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote). The client will consider someone at Senior Analyst level who has trained and mentored staff. They will also consider hedge funds or a mutual funds backgroun.

The PE Fund Supervisor will assist the Assistant Manager in supervising the fund accounting team and ensuring the timely delivery of NAVs for clients.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Serve as primary senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
• Ensuring delivery of NAVs within deadline
• Training and mentoring staff
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and internal departments

What skills You Need:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Fund Accounting ideally Private Equity but will consider hedge funds
