Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is partnering with a leading global financial services firm to recruit a PE Fund Accountant Manager at VP level in central Dublin. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and centers on managing the PE fund accounting team and client relationships.

You will be the primary senior contact for clients on accounting matters, ensure timely and accurate NAVs, lead projects to improve efficiency, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Alternative funds, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in PE funds is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate NAVs are delivered.
• Lead department projects to improve operational efficiencies.
• Train, coach and mentor new employees; motivate staff.
• Represent the client and present the Administrator’s report at Fund Board Meetings.
• Review fund documents ahead of new fund launches.

What skills You Need

• At least 5 years’ experience in Alternative funds, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
