Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for UK and ROI employees end-to-end.
• Input, validate, and reconcile payroll data.
• Handle manual calculations when required and payroll components (salaries, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments).
• Support preparation of BACS files and payroll reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UK and ROI tax legislation, auto-enrolment, and statutory requirements.
• Administer employee benefits and pension contributions.
• Use payroll systems to maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with audits, internal checks, and GDPR compliance.
