Job summary

UKG is seeking an Irish Payroll Processor to manage payrolls end-to-end for a portfolio of client accounts using our payroll Platform. You will gather and validate data, work with the Implementation team to set up payroll software, and provide timely updates to the Payroll Manager on status and risks.

You will operate end-to-end monthly payrolls including ROS submissions and payments, leveraging strong Excel skills and attention to detail. IPASS qualification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in payroll, accounts or finance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyse data.
• Excellent client engagement skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitation, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Precise attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• IPASS qualification is an advantage but not required.
