Sigmar Recruitment is hiring a Payroll Administrator for an East Galway-based role. You will process Ireland payroll end-to-end, ensure deadlines are met and maintain accurate payroll records using Sage 50 Payroll, Excel and TMS. The role starts on-site and moves to a hybrid arrangement once settled, with 2-3 days at home.

You will join HR and report to a UK Payroll Manager, supporting UK payroll tasks as needed while delivering precise payroll data and excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration or payroll processing.
• Working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll.
• Advanced Excel with payroll data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with multitasking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Process Ireland payroll from start to finish, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records using Sage 50 Payroll, Excel, and TMS for reporting and data analysis.
• Respond professionally to payroll queries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data integrity.
• Handle confidential payroll information discreetly.
• Support wider UK payroll administration and reporting as required.
