Tolka Valley Nursing Home, part of Ethos Care Group, is opening soon and seeks a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join the team.

You will ensure payroll is accurate and on time, manage invoices and financial records, and support bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

This role suits someone with finance qualification and payroll or accounts experience, strong numeracy and Excel skills, and a proactive, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in payroll or accounts administration.
• Strong numerical and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, reliable and professional approach.

Responsabilités

• Supporting accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Managing invoices, accounts payable and financial records.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and payment runs.
• Responding to payroll and finance queries.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential financial records.
• Supporting financial reporting and compliance requirements.
