Job summary

The Panel seeks a PMO Programme Manager to lead delivery across critical payments initiatives with major third-party partners and internal teams. You will own end-to-end oversight, ensuring on-time delivery, scope compliance and regulatory standards in a fast-moving payments landscape.

You will combine PMO discipline with the confidence to steer senior stakeholders, managing dependencies and governance across multiple workstreams to maintain momentum and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven Programme Manager or senior PMO experience in payments/fintech.
• Experience delivering large-scale programmes with third-party dependencies.
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and govern programme delivery across multiple workstreams and third parties.
• Manage and track dependencies across external vendors, payment partners and internal teams.
• Hold third parties accountable for milestones, commitments and quality.
• Identify, elevate and manage delays, risks and issues before impact.
• Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Establish and maintain governance and progress tracking across the programme.
