Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Ireland (Limerick) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs across customer and internal teams, aligning delivery with business objectives and technology solutions.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets and risks, mentor project managers, and report progress at the program level. The role requires 5+ years in program management (or 10–12 years in project management), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication with stakeholders, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years program management experience delivering complex programs or 10–12 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes a leadership role in managing one or more complex programs.
• Manages program scope and ensures alignment with agreed-upon charter.
• Develops integrated schedules with milestones, resources and constraints.
• Manages program issues and risks through identification, evaluation, tracking, and escalation.
• Partners with cross-functional teams and third parties to build strong delivery teams.
• Facilitates negotiations on resource constraints and aligns stakeholders across the program.
• Mentors junior associates in program methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborates to share lessons learned and harvest best practices.
• Synthesizes strategic solutions to meet program delivery objectives.
• Communicates progress to leadership via dashboards and risk registers.
