Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Limerick is seeking a Data Scientist to design and implement methods to consolidate and analyze large, unstructured data sources and extract actionable insights for client services and product enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PhD preferred in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years industry or related field experience.
• Proficient in managing RAG pipelines and development of Agentic Process in a safe and secure manner.

Responsibilities

• Develops predictive models for customers utilizing a variety of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Holds responsibility for projects of a moderate degree of complexity.
• Executes all stages of model development and delivery including data definition, sampling, preprocessing, feature selection, model generation, and validation and support or production model release.
• Validates and prepares data for model development, performs exploratory data analysis and data cleaning on large datasets and queries and visualizes data with a variety of tools.
• Works with a team of scientists and engineers responsible for the development and deployment of the state-of-the-art predictive models for a variety of financial applications.
