Job summary

St. Vincent's Private Hospital is inviting applications for a Catering Assistant position in the Day Care, working a permanent 20-hour contract from 11:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday (no bank holidays). Training and uniform are provided; starting rate is €17.89 per hour.

Candidates must have catering experience and strong English, with HACCP knowledge and good communication skills. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a team within the hospital

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in Catering industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with management & staff.
• Good organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and Food Legislation.
• Fluency in English language is required.
• A positive and committed approach to your work.
• Adaptability & flexibility in approach and outlook with ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Conscientious and reliable.

• Ensure daily catering operations run smoothly in Day Care.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety per HACCP.
