WGNNSTAR in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland, seeks a PAT Tester for a 39-hour week in a semiconductor cleanroom environment. You will test equipment, support manufacturing processes, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The Purpose of the Role

As a PAT Tester, you will perform daily PAT Testing in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while supporting the Customer in key areas throughout the manufacturing process. Your goal will be to adhere to facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety and quality. Your success will contribute to the facilities' overall throughput while simultaneously developing your own skills in a coveted and highly technical industry.

Work Schedule

39-hour regular working week (Monday to Friday)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform PAT testing in all cleanroom areas within a timely manner
• Coordinate activities on equipment with colleagues, clients, and other vendors
• Complete reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Manage & report on internal and external KPI’s and formulate corrective actions
• Maintaining cleanroom and company protocols
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
• Performing quality checks in line with process specifications
• Using MS Office and in-house computer system as required

Role Requirements

• You are a fully qualified and a time served electrician (NFQ Level 6 or higher)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment, which will involve the wearing of a gown and relevant personal protective equipment
• 100% compliance with all safety and protocol specs and regulations

Physical Requirements

• Have strong physical stamina to have the ability to stand, stoop, walk and reach for the duration of an 8-hour shift (breaks excluded)
