Job summary

Aircoach, Ireland's leading private bus operator and part of First Group plc, is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting with ticket purchases, providing route information, and delivering a welcoming service.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends. You should have experience in customer service, excellent communication, and comfort with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a sales-focused role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and ticketing systems.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage queues effectively.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, approachable and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets to customers using ticket machines.
• Provide accurate travel and schedule information to passengers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Assist passengers with boarding and general enquiries.
• Keep the ticket area clean and presentable.
• Support daily operations and collaborate with the wider team.
