Job summary

Bolands Waterford is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department, support the team, and ensure we continue to deliver the high standards our customers expect. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain accurate stock control, and drive strong departmental performance in line with Manufacturer guidelines.

• Proven experience in motor retail parts management.
• Experience with CDK/Kerridge systems is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of meeting and surpassing targets.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and support the Parts Advisor team to ensure strong performance.
• Take full ownership of Parts Department profitability and meet revenue targets in line with Manufacturer standards.
• Receive, check, and store incoming parts ensuring stock integrity.
• Source, invoice, and supply correct parts to customers and internal departments using dealership systems.
• Provide clear quotes for all parts enquiries for retail, trade, and internal customers.
• Ensure all parts invoicing is completed correctly with accountability for all items.
• Promote customer needs and ensure excellent service throughout the process.
• Manage all parts-related administration in line with manufacturer processes and guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and Manufacturer brand standards.
• Promote safe working practices and set an example for the team.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the full Manufacturer parts and accessories range.
• Use and maintain all manufacturer systems accurately and efficiently.
