NAPA Auto Parts in Ireland, distributed by Alliance Automotive Group, seeks a Parts Advisor to join the team and help establish and grow the brand in Ireland. You will handle parts orders by phone and in person, while promoting offers and building lasting customer relationships.

As Part Advisor, responsibilities will include:

• Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long-term rapport with local customers
• Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts, first time.
