Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts, distributed by Alliance Automotive Group, is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Cork operation. You will take car parts orders by phone and in-person, upsell to increase invoice value, and build lasting relationships with local customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote offers, discounts and competitions, ensure accurate parts matching to reduce returns, and contribute to a friendly team with structured training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive retail.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proactive and target-driven with a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for car parts by phone and in-store, upsell to boost invoice value.
• Promote offers and discounts to drive sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long‑term rapport with local customers
• Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts, first time.
