NAPA Auto Parts is expanding into the Ireland market and seeks a Parts Advisor to join our team. You will take orders by phone and in person, upsell to increase invoice value, and help grow our local customer base with proactive outreach and friendly service.

This role offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and structured training as we establish a market-leading presence in Ireland, Europe and worldwide.

As Part Advisor, r responsibilities will include:

• Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, upselling to increase invoice value.

• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts, first time.
