NAPA Auto Parts, distributed by Alliance Automotive Group in the United Kingdom and Ireland, is expanding into Ireland. We are seeking Parts Advisors to join the team and help establish and grow the NAPA brand in Ireland, Europe and worldwide.

As Part Advisor, you will take orders, upsell, and build relationships with local customers while actively promoting offers and maintaining high service standards. Join a market-leading motor factor with a supportive team and clear career advancement paths.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and at the counter, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long-term rapport with local customers.
• Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions.
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts, first time.
