Job description

As Partnership Manager, you will own the partnership and broker channel across all three products — FRL, MCA, and Leasing origination — recruiting and activating brokers and introducers, running the commission framework with discipline, and making our client the easiest and fastest lender in Ireland for a partner to work with. This should all be completed through the partner portal.

What you'll do
  • Professional Standards — You are committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and ensuring we collectively create a culture where we operate to the highest professional standards possible. These standards apply to how we engage each other and our clients.
  • Own the channel — Manage the register of brokers, advisors and introducers end to end — recruitment, onboarding, agreements, activation and performance — across FRL, MCA and Leasing origination.
  • Deliver the volume — Grow monthly partner-originated volume in line with the roadmap.
  • Reactivate existing partners — Our client has a sizeable number of partners that have referred deals over the years, many of which need to be reactivated. You are responsible for this.
  • Recruit new partners — Identify, sign and ramp new broker and advisor relationships nationally — accountants, finance brokers, sector advisors — with a clear onboarding journey and fast first deals.
  • Run the commercial framework — Apply our client's broker commission policy consistently — commissions are set by policy, never ad hoc — and manage the migration of existing partners to new-partner terms from January 2027.
  • Make our client the easiest lender to introduce — Give partners a service worth talking about: fast decisions, clear communication on every case, and a single point of ownership. The best broker channel in the market is a service standard, not a rate card.
  • Connect the channel to the team — Coordinate with the Account Management team — each AM owns and activates at least one strategic partner body — so leads are captured, tagged in the CRM to their source, called fast and closed. Funded deals traceable to each partner are the measure that matters.
  • Own the numbers — Report partner performance monthly into the commercial report: volume, share, average ticket, net fees after commission, and pipeline by partner.
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years in intermediary, broker or partnership channel management within lending, leasing or wider financial services — with a track record of hitting volume targets through third parties.
  • An existing network among Irish finance brokers, accountants and advisors, or the demonstrated ability to build one fast.
  • Commercial rigour: comfortable owning commission frameworks, net fee economics and channel P&L, and holding the line on policy.
  • Strong product fluency across working-capital lending and asset finance — or the appetite to master FRL, MCA and Leasing quickly.
  • A partner-first service ethos: you win volume by being the easiest, fastest, most reliable lender an introducer deals with.
  • Energy for the road: partner relationships are built in person, nationwide.
  • Genuine belief in our client's mission: ambitious for the number and for the businesses behind it, in equal measure. You understand what it means to be in business to do well but also to do good.
What success looks like in year one
  • Partner-originated volume growing month on month towards the roadmap's commitment, with leasing origination building alongside.
  • A visibly deeper register: new productive brokers signed, activated and writing repeat business.
  • The commission framework applied cleanly, existing partners migrated to the new terms, and net fee economics protected.
What we offer
  • A competitive package, reviewed against the market.
  • A central role in an ambitious, growing Irish fintech with a clear commercial roadmap.
  • A team that balances doing well with doing good — our Impact Framework is reported at board level with equal weight to commercial performance.
  • A channel with proven economics and board-level commitment — the roadmap is built on it.
