Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is partnering with a leading Big 4 professional services firm to appoint a Partner to lead its Transaction Services practice in Dublin. The role will involve advising corporate and private equity clients on complex domestic and international transactions, shaping strategy, and growing the service line.

You will direct financial due diligence engagements across acquisitions, disposals and investments, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with Partners across Corporate

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or Deal Advisory.
• Proven track record of leading complex financial due diligence engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen and an established professional network.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial due diligence assignments across acquisitions, disposals and investments.
• Advising corporate, private equity and international clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Identifying commercial and financial risks while providing strategic advice to clients.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing Transaction Services team.
• Working closely with Partners across Corporate Finance, Audit, Tax and Consulting on cross-service opportunities.
• Driving the continued growth and success of the Transaction Services practice.
