Job summary

Seasalt in Wexford is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor for a 16 hour contract. You’ll support management, supervise a team of Sales Advisors, and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

You’ll help drive sales and visual merchandising while ensuring adherence to store operations and safety policies. The role emphasises coaching, product knowledge and a customer-first mindset, with responsibilities spanning stock control, loss prevention and store performance

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory roles.
• Strong customer-service focus with coaching skills.
• Ability to drive selling and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in creating a service culture prioritising the customer.
• Lead the Sales Advisor team to drive sales, omni-channel engagement, and add-on purchases.
• Assist store leadership in achieving sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Execute store visual merchandising, windows standards and use product data to maximise opportunities.
