Job summary

Sodexo Group in Athlone is seeking a part-time receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Huawei Athlone Office. You will support front-of-house operations, assist visitors, and help maintain a smooth guest experience on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing or hospitality role is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage front-of-house operations including visitor sign-ins and meeting room coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for a seamless workplace experience.
• Host workplace events and client activities while escalating maintenance issues when needed.
• Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately.
