Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transition the DDCE project from initiation to implementation phase, aligning objectives and mobilisation plans.
• Develop a phased programme roadmap and clearly scoped workstreams with interdependencies.
• Create budget and funding scoping with defined oversight and governance recommendations.
• Plan resources for the next delivery phase and establish risk management processes.
