Job summary

Zohorecruit is sourcing an experienced ICT Project Manager for a part-time, 3‑month engagement in Cork, Ireland. The role supports transition of the DDCE programme from initiation to implementation with a focus on governance, planning and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates will have >4 years of experience, English proficiency at CEFR C2, and availability to start by 30 October 2026. The position is 0.6 FTE, with a mix of on-site and remote work across a 30-day total allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT project management within a large-scale programme.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each workstream.
• Provide regular progress updates on risks, issues and milestones.
• Manage RAID logs and change control processes across streams.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and governance requirements.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability building with CLIENT staff.
