Job summary

The Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone invites applications for a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team. You will help maintain cleanliness, handle basic prep tasks and keep storerooms organized. This part-time role offers a friendly team and on-site facilities.

Salary is paid hourly between €14.25 and €14.50. Availability on weekdays and weekends is desirable. Applicants must be over 18 and ready to join a dynamic hospitality environment managed by Windward Group.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen porter experience is desirable but not essential.
• Available to work weekdays and weekends.
• Must perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be over 18 due to hours of work.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized
• Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
• Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
• Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
• Take out the garbage
