• Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized.
• Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts.
• Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery quickly to maintain rotation.
• Keep the food and supply storage areas organized.
• Take out the garbage.
