Job summary

B&Q Naas is seeking a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (12 hrs per week) for a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, helping customers with home improvement projects, and supporting in-store operations.

Shifts available Monday to Wednesday, 15:45-8.00, with weekend, evening and bank holiday rota expectations. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is offered as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great.
• You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
