Job summary

B&Q Naas is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team in County Kildare. This role is 30 hours per week under a permanent contract with shifts Monday–Friday from 7.00am to 10.00pm.

You will help customers with home improvement projects, provide product advice, assist with stock and displays, and help keep the store looking great. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is offered, and aii roles require a positive team approach including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide.
• You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
• You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales will be important, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great.
• You’ll be a big part of this by assisting customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
