Job summary

B&Q Letterkenny is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time role (16 hours per week) with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–10:00pm. The notional hourly rate is €15.45, with a Sunday premium of €18.75. The position offers permanent and fixed-term contracts, with a focus on friendly, customer-focused service.

You will learn about home improvement products, assist customers, manage stock and displays, and ensure the store environment reflects our standards.

Qualifications

• Part-time role with 16 hours per week.
• Shifts 7:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday.
• Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn about home improvement products.
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
