Job summary

Corrib Oil is hiring a Zambrero Catering Assistant for our Castlebar Co. Mayo service station. The role is part-time and involves preparing and serving high-quality food, managing kitchen operations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle stock, maintain hygiene, and promote the Corrib Oil loyalty program while adhering to HACCP, safety rules, and company standards. Uniform and safety shoes are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service or retail.
• Able to follow HACCP and safety guidelines.
• Willing to wear uniform and safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food efficiently.
• Operate daily kitchen tasks (breakfast, lunch, dinner, chilled).
• Manage stock and portion control.
• Maintain clean facilities per hygiene rules.
• Prioritize customer care and promote loyalty program.
• Complete deli checks and training requirements.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and report issues.
• Wear full uniform with safety shoes and name badge.
• Handle incidents professionally and report as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
