The Four Ferns Nursing Home (South Dublin) is seeking a Part-Time Finance Administrator to join our healthcare team. Based on the onsite location in Foxrock, Dublin, this role covers financial administration and general office duties within a supportive family-oriented environment.

You will handle payroll-related tasks, invoicing, reporting, and supplier interactions, contributing to smooth operation of the home. Prior finance admin experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Relationship Manager regarding admissions and financial queries.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records (digital and paper).
• Support the Director of Nursing and teams with information and scheduling.
