HealthHero is recruiting a part-time Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our EAP Clinical Team in Ireland. The role involves initial assessments, risk assessments, and providing a mix of telephone and video support with a hybrid pattern from our Dublin office.

You will manage a caseload, write concise clinical notes, and collaborate with the Support Line Team to deliver timely, compassionate care while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 450+ clinical hours as an experienced practitioner.
• Qualified, accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4+) with IACP status.
• Ability to work a minimum of 3x full days (22.5 hours/week).
• IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong clinical background with solid assessment skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage to direct clinical pathways.
• Perform Risk Assessments and follow safeguarding protocols.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling.
• Write brief, accurate clinical notes for all interactions.
• Be integrated into the Support Line Team.
