HealthHero is recruiting a part-time Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our EAP Clinical Team in Ireland. The role involves initial assessments, risk assessments, and providing a mix of telephone and video support with a hybrid pattern from our Dublin office.

You will manage a caseload, write concise clinical notes, and collaborate with the Support Line Team to deliver timely, compassionate care while upholding professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 450+ clinical hours as an experienced practitioner.
• Qualified, accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4+) with IACP status.
• Ability to work a minimum of 3x full days (22.5 hours/week).
• IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong clinical background with solid assessment skills.

We are looking for fully qualified, accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapists to join us on a part time basis and are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our EAP Clinical Team.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• As the main part of the role, you will be carrying out Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage of client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways, delivering a range of support in our Pathway, which involves Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support or Booked Single Sessions via telephone and/or video calls.


• Carrying out Risk Assessments and follow the Safeguarding and Risk Protocol process.


• Alongside the above, managing a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling, which will depend on your contractual hours, as well as the needs of the service.


• Writing brief, accurate and concise clinical notes, of all interactions.


• Be integrated into our Support Line Team.

What you'll bring(the must-haves)

• Be an experienced practitioner with a minimum of 450+ clinical hours.


• Be a qualified, accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with IACP (or similar) accredited status.


• Be able to work a minimum of 3x full days (22.5 hours per week); Part time is a pro rata salary.

• Be IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite


• Have a strong clinical background, with excellent Assessment skills.


• Able to make sound Clinical decisions, whilst holding Boundaries.


• Be a keen team-player with excellent time management, clinical, communication and organisation skills.

• Keep in mind the needs of clients and the service whilst working under pressure


• Be permanently based in Republic of Ireland.

Desirable Skills (nice-to-haves):

• Have previous EAP/telephone Counselling or time limited assessment experience, ideally in a corporate environment.

• This is a hybrid role offering a mix of home working and office-based collaboration from our Dublin office. Employees are expected to work from the office at least two days per week.

• Competitive salary of €42,000 to €45,000 per annum, based on a full-time working week of 37.5 hours. Part-time opportunities are available, with salary calculated on a pro-rata basis.
