Amwell is seeking a part-time Behavioural Health Coach to support users with mental health and wellbeing programmes, including anxiety, depression, and stress. You will provide written reviews and guide users through SilverCloud programmes as part of Amwell’s expanding clinical team.

The role emphasizes empathetic coaching, clear communication, and collaboration with clinical supervisors to ensure safety and appropriate treatment options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology or related field.
• Registered with a recognized professional body in Ireland.
• Strong understanding of online mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in digital behavioural health coaching.
• Review user engagement and motivate to improve wellbeing.
• Provide weekly written reviews to support progress.
• Monitor content for risk and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor to ensure safety and appropriate treatment.
• Attend monthly meetings with manager and supervisor.
