Job summary

Radius in Galway is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Advisor to handle mainly inbound queries from fuel card customers, with some outbound calls and emails. The role includes promoting self-service and Radius products, building relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–1pm, 20 hours per week, in our Galway office. You will respond to queries, provide product information, identify needs, and ensure clear internal communication while contributing

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and telephone manner.
• Driven approach to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Display flexibility and openness to feedback and new ways of working.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programmes e.g. Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer queries by phone and email.
• Answer questions about Radius products and business.
• Understand customer requirements and potential issues to propose solutions.
• Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
• Proactively maintain relationships and implement feedback.
