Job summary

Specsavers is hiring a Call Centre Assistant for our Knocknacarra store in Galway. This entry-level role offers training and development across business areas with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians.

You will welcome customers, handle calls, and contribute to a positive first impression as part of a collaborative team. This is a part-time position with weekend work, offering a structured growth path within Specsavers’ broad training programs and perks through our Specsavers Perks
