Job summary

Peaken Properties Ltd is seeking an experienced Bartender to join Brubakers, our busy bar and restaurant in Dundalk. This is a part-time role requiring evenings and weekend work, with a starting pay of €15 per hour depending on experience.

You will prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks, deliver friendly service, assist with table service, take orders, process payments and keep the bar clean and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Confident and capable during busy service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks to a high standard.
• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Work closely with the restaurant team during food service.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.
