Peaken Properties Ltd is seeking a friendly Front of House Host for Brubakers in Dundalk. This part-time role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth service in a busy bar and restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have Front of House or hospitality experience, be organised, and comfortable working in a lively late-night atmosphere. Pay starts at €15.00 per hour, with in-person work.

Qualifications

• Experience in front of house, reception, restaurant or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise during busy service.
• Calm and professional when dealing with busy periods or customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet customers upon arrival.
• Manage the reception area and ensure guests receive a friendly and professional welcome.
• Manage table bookings, reservations and enquiries.
• Organise and coordinate table seating efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus where required.
• Monitor bookings and table availability throughout service.
• Liaise with managers, wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate customer requirements and special requests to relevant teams.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Keep the team informed of booking changes and arrivals.
• Coordinate the flow of service during busy periods.
