Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a financial brokerage is essential.
• Working towards or already QFA-qualified.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy client portfolio.
• Professional, client-focused and eager to develop in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of applications across savings, investments and protection products.
• Sit in on client meetings and support advisors with follow‑up actions.
• Handle client engagement, documentation and ongoing service queries.
• Assist advisors with research, preparation and case management.
• Monitor pension bank accounts and recommend investment opportunities for client funds.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Role:

As the successful Paraplanner you will be responsible for:

• Managing end‑to‑end processing of applications across savings, investments, and protection products
