Job summary

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Paraplanner to join a well established financial brokerage in Dublin. You will work closely with advisors to manage client portfolios, prepare documentation, and research investment opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in a financial brokerage is essential.
Working towards or already QFA-qualified.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy client portfolio.
Professional, client-focused and eager to develop in financial services.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end processing of applications across savings, investments and protection products.
Sit in on client meetings and support advisors with follow‑up actions.
Handle client engagement, documentation and ongoing service queries.
Assist advisors with research, preparation and case management.
Monitor pension bank accounts and recommend investment opportunities for client funds.
Perform other duties as outlined in the full job description.
